it seems that some of these lenses are depositing substantial amounts of metal dust into the camera body due to the lens mount - seems to be related to whether there is a rubber weatherseal or not, as some of those with the seal seem to have an issue - Panasonic seems to be offering to replace the lens if it has this issue
as with all Panasonic lenses on Olympus cameras you will lose some features:
- Dual IS / Sync IS is not supported
- ProCapture mode is not supported
- Auto Focus Stacking is not supported
