Melbourne is one of the most liveable cities in the world, is
famous for its sporting culture (voted No. I in sporting cities of the world in
2006), it is close to leading tourist attractions such as the Great Ocean Road,
The Twelve Apostles, Bell's Beach surfing, penguins at Phillip Island, alpine
national parks, and historic gold mining regions and has a very active night
life.
