Introduction
Hiking tables

- packs to 14.5 x 9.5 x 1.5 in / 37.3 x 23.9 x 3.4 cm and can fit into a laptop sleeve of a hiking back pack
- dual height at 4“ or 16”

Heavier tables for car camping
Modular iron grill tables (IGT)
- these are versatile, modular metal tables that generally fold down to pack away after removing the table slats which can have various styles including sunken gas stoves, sunken heat bead grill, sunken sinks, etc.
- being metal means you can place hot pots, pans, etc straight onto them
- need care in moving them as they can collapse if not lifted properly (eg. diagonal corners usually)
- BEWARE there are DIFFERENT sizes so you need to check the size before buying accessories to fit into the table
- small differences in size or construction by different manufacturers can affect fit, /stability, or safe use—especially when installing stoves or cooking modules
- eg. some Pandatour accessories are 36.5cm not 36cm (perhaps designed to overlap edges?)

39cm deep inner IGT tables
- many Chinese made versions some with adjustable leg heights such as:
- 78.5cm long x 51.5cm deep outer with extensions x 40-62cm high
- unfortunately, many of these get dents in the legs from transport from China resulting in inability to adjust one or two of the legs
NatureHike IGT
- probably fits 39cm deep inner components although their Grill stand rack half hob appears to be 36cm but no mention of the table inner dimensions and I don't have one to check it
- NH Flat-top table
- external dimensions are 86.5 × 43.5 × 42–63 cm and weighs 4.2kg (the standard version without adjustable legs is 42.4cm high, packs smaller, $20 cheaper and is 3.65kg)
